Training Overview:

The MN Menace partners with Optimize Elite Sports Performance to help bring our skills to the next level.  We offer weekly team trainings, pitcher and catcher specific training, hitting and defense training, along with a strength and conditioning program to help your athlete stay in top performance and reduce injury. We accomodate multi-sport athletes and believe if they are active in any sport, it will help them be an overall better athlete.

All MN Menace Players Training:

  • Fall Season: 2 outdoor practices a week (weather permitting)

  • 3 Fall Tournaments including Fall State

  • Optimize Training: (2) 1.5 hours of defensive, hitting and overall team development training per week.

  • 2 hours of strength and conditioning per week (flexible days)

  • Open gym on Fridays to get extra reps and individual practice

  • Pitchers and Catchers specific trainings bi-weekly with experienced pitcher and catcher trainers.

  • Dome Tournaments and/or League throughout the Winter.

When the Season Starts in the Spring:

  • 2 outdoor practices a week: 2 hours each

  • 6-7 Regional Tournaments and 1 National Tournament.

  • Potential Scrimmages with other Club Teams
